The family-run Hotel Hauser is centrally located in one of the most versatile neighbourhoods of Munich.Maxvorstadt / Schwabing , where art, culture, science and lively come together in the perfect place for an interesting and eventful stay in Munich.
Directly at the universities of Munich (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universtät, Technische Universtät, Hochschule) our hotel offers a perfect starting point for adventures in and around Munich.
By foot you can arrive at, for example, The English Garden, Marienplatz/ Citycentre, the Pinakotheken, the Hofgarten , the Resisdence Palace with the State Opera and the Northern Citycentre. This is only a small summery of possibilities around our house .
Within only three minutes walk you can reach the underground station Universität on the U3/U6 lines, as well as the bus lines 100, 150, 153, 154 and the tram lines 27 and 28.

Our Rooms
Although our 33 rooms are rather small they offer you comfort, cosiness and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to our modern soundproof windows you will find peace and calmness after a busy and eventful day. Air-conditioning and ventilation offer you the possibilitiy to create your personal atmosphere.
It is matter of course that our rooms dispose of bathroom, shower, toilet, hai-dryer, safe, cable -TV, radio, telephone and Wifi. Our elevator will bring you from the ground floor to the 4th floor and somewhere your room is waiting for you.
